The first seeds are being planted in our new nursery beds in the food forest: spinach, carrots, and onions! This important step is helping us build a sustainable food source for the future. Every seed we plant now means fresh, nutritious vegetables for the community soon! Thank you for your support—together, we’re making growth happen!
Exactly one year after planting the forest, we are intentionally creating space in this nursery to grow more plants from cuttings.
In addition to the vegetables planted today, we will also be nurturing cuttings for our hedges in the park over the coming months. It’s fantastic that we can get started with this!
